Lemon rosemary olive oil cake with a lemon rosemary glaze… sounds a tad odd but promise me it’s heaven #vegan #veganbaking #veganfoodshare
1 cup flour 
1/2 cup sugar 
1 flax egg (1 tbs flax seed 3 tbs water)
1 lemon (juice and zest)
1 tsp rosemary
3/4 cup almond milk 
1/3 cup and 2 tbs olive oil
1/4 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt 
Preheat oven to 350
I used dry rosemary so the solution to not chewing on sticks is to either let the Rosemary soak in the almond milk for about 30 min or blend up the Rosemary and almond milk in a blender 
Mix all dry ingredients in a medium sized mixing bowl 
Then add all wet ingredients mix until smooth 
 I used a 10 in pie dish (sprayed with olive oil) pour batter in dish and bake in oven for 20 minutes 
Let cool (I never let my cakes cool and they just fall apart when I try to dump them out ) 
And top with glaze. ( 4 tbs powered sugar, juice of half a lemon, and ground up about a half a teaspoon of rosemary leaves… mix all together and put it on your cooled cake)
Go ahead and experiment with different pan shapes and sizes and tell me How it goes (:
